Attendance

Parents can now also email the attendance office to advise us that your daughter will not be attending school.
The address is attendance@stccg.co.uk however, we shall still require a letter of confirmation upon your daughter’s return to authorize the absence.

Keep Kids Safe allows schools to send important messages to parents instantly via text, voice or email. We are currently trialling this method of communication at our school and have already started using the system to notify parents via text message that their daughter is absent from school. We are asking all parents for their cooperation; should you receive a text regarding your daughter’s absence, please could you reply by text or call the number provided in the text message you receive as soon as possible.
Thank you

If your child is absent, you should call the main school telephone number and press option 1 on their FIRST day of absence. This will re-direct your call to the Attendance Co-ordinator’s office. If necessary please leave a message, clearly stating your daughter’s name, Form, and reason for absence. This should be followed up with either a letter or email attendance@stccg.co.uk.
