KS3 Basketball Vs St Ursula’s
The girls always knew this was going to be a tough tie, during this game they knew they had to show fight and determination to do better as a team. They came out losing the game 4-0, but this however did not reflect play, the team worked incredibly hard together, pulling off 22 shots throughout the game and the other side just 12, the game was ours to be taken. Sadly the result didn’t reflect this.
Well don’t to the entire team, I know the result wasn’t what we had hoped for but the attitude, determination and all round effort was simply outstanding!

On 15th January our KS4 basketball team travelled to St Pauls. They were up against a tough side who have not lost a game this season. Going into our game having won 2 matches and lost 1 our students were feeling in a good position.
The game started hard and St Pauls were on the attack from the whistle, St Caths found it hard to deal with the attack and were trailing by 10 points after the first quarter.
The girls came back and worked hard on their defence during the last half of the game and fought to score a couple of points.
