Students need to be in school for the usual time (8.40am) wearing appropriate clothing. A packed lunch and drink is advised otherwise the students will need to bring money to buy refreshments. Can we also remind all students who take medication or that require hay fever or travel sickness that they must bring these with them on the day. We are allowing students to bring mobile phones and cameras on this trip but they are your daughter’s responsibility. MP3 players are not permitted.
Please be punctual in picking up your daughter from school at 5pm. Thank you – we look forward to an enjoyable day out!
