St Catherine's Catholic School

Race Charter

St Catherine’s Awarded Silver:

I am absolutely delighted to announce that our school has been awarded with the Silver Mark which recognises our commitment to ensuring that our school community reflects the diverse world we live in.

Our commitment to diversity permeates within each strand of our school, from our leadership, to our staff, our exceptional students, and the curriculum that our students engage with every day. We have taken feedback on board and will continue to do so in ensuring that our vibrant school community continually promotes a positive ethos and culture which champions and strives for conscious equality and inclusivity.

We will continue to work closely with staff, students, and parents in ensuring that all students and staff feel safe, feel seen and feel valued.

Receiving this formal accreditation is by no means the end of our journey, but simply the start. The start of our journey towards a learning community that positively reflects, celebrates, and empowers all students. We welcome feedback and suggestions, and we ask that you continue to journey with us on this exciting journey ahead. Once again, it is with great pleasure to announce that our school has been awarded with the Silver Mark which recognises our commitment to ensuring that our school community reflects the diverse world we live in.
